The Account Representative builds relationships with new clients and sustains long-term relationships with existing clients. Serves as the point of contact through various service stages, communicates with prospects and existing clients to sell firm services, help resolve issues, and maintaining accurate client profile records. Works closely with Advisors, Tax and Accounting staff to promptly address clients inquiries and follow up on outstanding items. Assist in the process of quoting and on-boarding of clients to properly deliver service in accordance with their engagement agreement. In addition, works with billing and collections departments concerning clients billing matters. The candidate for this role is goal driven, with excellent communication skills, and highly organized. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field is advantageous for this position.
